Ultrarunning is inherently very, very stupid.

Running 100 miles in a circle just to end up where you started. Keeping our bodies temples for months on end just to eat candy bars and quesadillas for 30 hours straight on race day. Any race that Laz comes up with. It’s all delightfully dumb.

But the only podcasts about ultrarunning are super earnest, self-important rambling marathon-session interviews. Where’s the fun?

Between Two Pines is a loving satire of ultrarunning, the people in it, and podcasts in general, delivered by two very good friends.
